SSH Studio
Small group sound baths will aoon be offered at the Savannah Sound Healing studio at 212 E. 66th St. in Savannah. This will allow participants to relax in a cozy setting with groups of up to 6 participants. Free on-street parking will be available in this quiet neighborhood.
A group sound bath is a wonderful way to introduce yourself to this relaxing practice. Participants can relieve stress as they experience sound waves from a variety of instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, quartz singing bowls, gongs, rav vast pan drum, ocean drum, chimes, and more. The sessions are 60 minutes long. This time allows for a brief introduction to the experience, breathwork, and the sound experience. Participants are encouraged to bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or eye covering if they have these items. Mats and blankets are available on a first come-first served basis.
